Artist's Statement
My works have been developed around the subject of fluidity. Every drop of water knows where it should stop or in which direction it should gather. I introduce it into the painting, and it runs, extends, and frees itself by its will. Water evaporates and leaves evidence of its self-performance, from where I start to respond and trace. Only in this way, water is alive, the pigment is alive, the work is alive, and I coexist with it. Together, we become the painting, a painting that speaks about existence.
